I can see CS EE samples online that CS EE World hasn't added to their main collection or to their list of external sources. How come?

Most of the time the site admin spends on CS EE World is on actively gathering EE donations. This is because donated EEs are novel, as opposed to EEs that are already posted somewhere else on the net. Additionally, the admin doesn't have the time to be regularly scouring the net for EE samples that have been posted elsewhere. So unless he is notified of them, he probably won't know about them.
Why does CS EE World display submitter emails strangely?

You've probably noticed that we display emails on this site like this: example [dot] email [at] yahoo [dot] com. We do this to protect these emails from spambots. Spambots are automated bots crawling the internet for emails to send spam to; formatting emails this way makes it harder for spambots to recognize them.
